Everyone who worked there was amazing friendly. The room was great-sized and well-stocked and had contemporary decor.

The rooms here are pretty spacious and have been updated nicely, especially the ones with Netflix. The modern design is on point, and the bathrooms look great too! 🛁

I had a wonderful experience here, everything was great, the location was unbeatable short walk to the United Center, subway and Mid-Way Airport. The room was exceptionally large and updated with 2 beds for my family, and I slept very well😃😀

The staff here were super friendly all the time, and they were really nice. The rooms had a good size and two beds, which was perfect for our family 👍.

Perfectly clean and enchanting hotel with fantastic location to the regular checkin area, just what I needed. The outstanding food was a good touch. The room I booked was new-fashioned and stocked, complete with the bathrooms, contemporary design, netflix. The staff were amazing friendly and extremely friendly the whole time of my stay. The breakfasts were enjoyable and the service was outstanding. Could use their free parking.

The service at the hotel was top-notch! The front desk staff, Patrick and Christal, were incredibly friendly and made us feel like VIPs. The hospitality we received from them was exceptional. Additionally, the cleanliness of the room was impressive, and the modern design and comfortable beds made our stay even more enjoyable.

the misinformation regarding the shuttle service was frustrating. We were told that the hotel provided shuttle service to/from the train station, but when we arrived, we were informed that they only pick up from one station, not the one we arrived at.

Very good service, staff were keen to please. The room was spacious and comfortable. Not in the most glamorous part of the city but not too far from where it all happens.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The bathroom space was incredibly large and accommodating, perfect for someone recovering from surgery at UIC. The valet service was excellent and helpful with all aspects of our arrival and departure. The front desk staff were great, making us feel calm and comfortable before my surgery. The rooms were spotlessly clean, with comfortable beds and plenty of pillows. We were able to access Netflix easily and the fridge was perfect, with a large enough freezer to keep our icepacks cool for swelling. The restaurant staff and shuttle drivers, Lucas and Patrick, were super nice and friendly.

This place has a great location close to an indoor arena and downtown. The rooms with 2 beds were perfect for our family.
